Job Requirements:

Education: 

Undergraduate degree in business from a recognized university.

Experience: 

Fresh Graduate – 1 year experience in leading  Financial Institution. 

Competences:

o Good in English & Arabic

o Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement.

o Excellent understanding of lending practices. 

o Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills

o Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Accountable for:

o Achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new Clients .

o Enhancing the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU ‘s (Cross Selling).

o Improving the profitability of the portfolio.

o Ensuring compliance with the set policies & procedures and adhering to service quality standards.
