Job Requirements :

Education: 

A minimum Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (e.g. computer engineering/computer science) 

Experience: 

1 year in IT technical positions in a major financial institution or in a banking solutions vendor, or in a similar position

Competences:

o Communication skills and documentation skills

o Know-how in the Banking business.

o Problem solving skills

Accountable for:

o Provide first IT support to Bank employees 

o Ensuring proper operations of networks, IT services and Systems  in ABS

o Provide field support for the HQ Dep. and the local branches through  implementation, upgrading, amending PCs, programs, operations systems, and networks, in order to minimize the failures and ensure the continuity of work .

o Providing fast and effective quality IT support to all system users (1st and 2nd level)

o Monitor and report on performance and services 

o Ensuring strict adherence to P&Ps and prompt closure of audit findings.

o Administrative and executive IT systems

o Monitor and follow up to ensure proper operations and implementation of Network solutions / projects/ platforms solutions and services  in Arab bank-Syria  

o Perform IT Systems Operations such as BANKS EOP Cycle, other Systems operation functions and producing Systems reports.
