Fixed Instructions Service for payment and transfer, and Accepting Instructions Service by fax, are written letters submitted by customers to authorize the bank to debit a specified amount on their accounts and transfer it to another account which are specified in that letter by them, this will be within explicit text and valid for a specified period of time or for further notice by customers.
